This facility originated as two structures that accommodated lab technology and office use. Moranville and Associates, LLC provided an addition between the two buildings to accommodate an additional library, offices, open office and break room areas. A new inviting addition on the street side was built to accommodate the conference room, reception area, restrooms, work area, and offices. Renovating the existing buildings and adding the newly constructed areas allowed the business to project a new image and profile for the community. Moranville and Associates, LLC provided the programming, space planning, interior renovation and architectural services during construction and renovation.
